Social restrictions may have put a stop to this years Findon Sheep Fair in all its glory but the centuries old tradition was maintained in a truncated form on Saturday 12th of September in order to keep open a charter signed in 1261 giving permission for a sheep fair to be held on the second weekend in September on Nepcote Green.

Robert Harris, Harris Bros traditional Fun Fair, and Simon Stace, Chairman of Findon Sheep Fair committee, still had to open and close the event. There were a few sheep on the green from Graham Langford who has supplied some sheep on the green for the last 15 years.
