Sheep

It will come as no surprise, that the sheep are an integral part of the fair. Sheep have been coming to Findon for over 300 years, mostly as part of an annual sheep auction, but latterly competing in a sheep judging competition. For more details on the history please check out the About Us page.

As well as organising the sheep judging show for the entertainment of visitors, we also like to raise awareness of the importance of sheep farming and encourage young people to get involved in an effort to safeguard its future.
